Inquiry-based arrangements

Sending a form, requesting a fare or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not confirm a booking, seat, visa, accommodation or Hajj place. Burooj reviews requirements and availability before issuing a quotation.

Quotations and confirmation

Prices, inclusions, exclusions, availability and the validity of a quotation must be confirmed with the team. Payment, cancellation, changes and refund conditions are provided with the applicable quotation or booking terms. Review them before accepting an arrangement.

Travel requirements

Travelers should review the current passport, visa, entry, health and official registration requirements relevant to their journey. Assistance is not a guarantee of approval. Hajj expressions of interest are not official registrations or allocations.

External flight bookings

When available, external flight search is supplied by a third-party provider. A booking made with an external seller is governed by that seller’s terms and support process. The Bulk Umrah Ticket Desk is a separate, manually confirmed Burooj inquiry service.

Destination and vehicle imagery

Destination photography illustrates places and travel inspiration. It does not establish an active package, hotel contract, vehicle ownership or availability. Specific services are described in confirmed listings and quotations.
